This hardwearing, rust and acid resistant product features a glass insertable lid that sits comfortably on top of the pan, providing an intriguing contrast to the 18/10 stainless steel knob and base while allowing you to observe the ingredients cooking. The base is suitable for all hob types, including induction, and can be constantly heated in the oven at the highest of temperatures, with the heat-resistant quality glass lid also oven-safe up to 180°C.
