The casserole is made of Fusiontec, an exclusive super alloy crafted from corrosion-resistant and durable materials through a unique firing and hardening process (nickel-free), with a polished, rust-proof stainless steel exterior. Fusiontec heats up very quickly, retains heat excellently, and offers cut/scratch-resistant surfaces. The casserole is dishwasher-safe, oven-safe, and heat-resistant up to 250°C (with lid 180°C).
