The 28 cm Sauté Pan, part of this range, is equipped with a 3-layer Ilag Durit non-stick coating, making it particularly suitable for low-fat food preparation.

Thanks to the Transtherm® universal base, the Sauté Pan is compatible with all types of cooktops, including induction. The higher rim of the pan helps to retain liquids added during the cooking process, and the pan's excellent heat retention properties prevent significant temperature fluctuations when liquid is added.
